| This is a nice introductory level book which touches on most aspects of cigars. I would recommend as an initial read before diving into the topic more deeply. I found it well written with good photos. An easy read. |

| I order a book from a seller on amazon.com and wait, and wait and wait. And then finally, 1 week after the promised delivery date the seller tells me that they don't have the item I ordered. This has happened to me twice on amazon.com. This has NEVER happend @ barnes and noble. What a waste of my time!!! I will never order from this site again, and I have vested many orders through them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER AND NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED!!! |

This is a great little book. It has an indepth, yet not too wordy history of Cigars. It gets to the point. It touches on the etiquette of handling/smoking cigars without going into unnecassary mountains of details, unlike some other books. It will make anyone, novice and expert alike, comfortable with purchasing and enjoying a Cigar, which all self help books should. Cigars are simple, delicate and to be enjoyed (not to be wrangled by the "laws" of a mysterious etiquette). Mr. Luck's book is easy and will give you all of the knowledge you need to know about this delicacy.
I recently had an experience in a store where an older couple wanted to buy a cigar for a friend but did not know which to chose. Everything that the seller said could have been taken directly from this book.
A purely simple and aromatic view on Cigars.
Enjoy. I do. |
